iHeartmedia is taking no prisoners when it comes to garnering the best talent for their stations. iHeart’s number one and two markets did it with Angie Martinez then Big Boy and now the number 3 market jumps on board grabbing hot talent from WPWX (Power 92)  WGCI released midday personality Loni Swain and evening jock U.B. Rodriguez for the crosstown limited signal rival jocks Power 92’s, Frankie Robinson (middays) and Tone Capone (afternoons). Tony Gray told AllAccess.com “We wish both FRANKIE and TONE are the very best. They were great employees. PD JAY ALAN and the POWER 92 crew will continue to give CHICAGO’s Hip-Hop community the very best. These changes will give us the opportunity to introduce fresh new talent to CHICAGO.” (pictured: Tone Capone).
