Usher Performs at Kids’ Inaugural Concert 2013
Singer/songwriter/dancer/actor Usher Raymond IV performed last Saturday at the Kids’ Inaugural Concert in Washington D.C. for an audience which featured a very enthusiastic First Lady Michelle Obama, and her daughters Sasha and Malia.
The extravaganza is part of a week long series of on-going festivities, which the First Lady described as her “very favorite part”. The RIAA ranks performer Usher as one of the best selling artists in U.S. music history, having sold 23 million records in this country alone.
Katy Perry, and cast members from the Fox TV series “Glee” also performed at this year’s event. The previous Kids’ Inaugural Concert of 2009 featured Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers.
