Rick Baran Named EVP/ for radio

SAN ANTONIO – “iHeartmedia (formerly Clear Channel) Radio announced today that it has named Rick Baran as EVP/Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Baran will oversee all financial and administrative operations for iHeartmedia (formerly Clear Channel) Radio as well as oversee the CCR Strategic Initiatives Office and its division. He will be part of the company”s senior management team and report directly to iHeartmedia (formerly Clear Channel) Radio President and CEO .

Baran, who has been with iHeartmedia (formerly Clear Channel) since 2010, previously served as of Finance Operations for the company’s corporate office. He joined iHeartmedia (formerly Clear Channel) from , where his tenure included serving as Executive and for CBS TV Stations, responsible for the financial performance and tactical execution of all CBS-owned and operated stations.
