Meanwhile, her manager Manny organizes a family reunion to bring together Keyshiaâ„¢s foster family and biological family, including two siblings sheâ„¢s only recently become acquainted with.

But the tension is high as Frankie, who continues to deal with the emotional guilt of aband oning her children during years of drug addiction, shows up at the reunion inebriated and confronts Keyshiaâ„¢s adoptive parents. Meanwhile, her sister Neffe, who in last weekâ„¢s episode discovered that she was pregnant, makes a final decision of whether to keep her baby. Despite the opinions offered by her mother and sister, Neffe resolves not to be influenced in her decision-making.
