ole, the world’s fastest growing independent rights management company, has extended and expanded their worldwide administration and A/V deal with Sinking Ship Entertainment, an award-winning production and new media company responsible for the popular children’s TV shows “Annedroids,” “Dino Dan,” and “Odd Squad” as well as the upcoming “Dino Dana.”
Under the agreement, ole will continue to handle music publishing administration and A/V secondary rights for Sinking Ship while two new services will be added. First, Sinking Ship will be able to access the existing library of Jingle Punks, ole’s production music division, as well as the division’s custom composition services. In addition, ole will now handle administration of Sinking Ship’s audio masters, including sync representation and neighboring rights/SoundExchange royalties.
“Sinking Ship is building an amazing global success story, and ole is pleased to continue to ensure that their worldwide collections are complete,” said Robert Ott, Chairman and CEO of ole. “Adding support for Sinking Ship Creative with access to our branded music offering via Jingle Punks is a welcome expansion of our relationship.”
“Working with ole has been a great experience, and we are thrilled to take our relationship with them to the next level,” said Blair Powers of Sinking Ship. “We know ole will ensure we receive the maximum benefits from our music rights in the many countries throughout the world where Sinking Ship shows are aired.”
