“I’m just coming back from a short vacation and while I was in Miami, I followed the guide on eating out at restaurants and was able to stick to the program. I’m still amazed at how much food I can eat and still lose weight. I eat six times a day and with my busy schedule I need to have a food plan mapped out for me so that I won’t be tempted to eat the wrong food. But I can still eat many foods that you would not think would be included in a weight loss program. Today, I had pancakes for breakfast, an orange and some almonds for a snack and for lunch (I switched my dinner for lunch) and had my favorite mac and cheese with beef. I just had chocolate cake for an afternoon snack. I’m on my way to run at the gym and when I get back, I’m going to have black beans and rice and a salad and I STILL have one more meal to go before bedtime. See what I mean? I’m never hungry and I have incredible energy…. You should really give NutriSystem a call… 1800-368-THIN
