Katz Radio Group’s Mary Beth Garber, Executive Vice President, Radio Analysis and Insights, will participate on a panel at Digital Hollywood’s The Women’s Entertainment & Technology Summit today, May 1, in Marina Del Rey, CA.
Garber joins the panel entitled “Building Your Personal Brand to Break Through the Glass Ceiling,” to discuss how to cultivate a professional image and the skills needed to achieve career success. The session will draw from corporate experience, highlighting brands that productively manage their image through new or traditional means.
“I’m thrilled to join Digital Hollywood and this interesting panel of exceptional women to share our stories and experience,” said Garber. “My career in radio has taught me two valuable lessons””how to sell and how to really listen, and those skills have led me to extraordinary opportunities. I hope to encourage those attending to consider creative paths in their own careers.”
In her current role at Katz Radio Group, Garber is responsible for collecting and generating research and other materials to educate a variety of constituencies on the continuing power and value of radio, as well as implementing partnerships that provide accurate research and measurement metrics across a variety of platforms and enhance the industry’s ability to communicate those results.
