WQHT HOT 97, New York’s #1 station for Hip Hop and R&B, presents Who’s Next Live, the ultimate showcase that gives underground artists the opportunity to display their talents for fans and major players in the industry. On Wednesday, April 23, 2014, check out performances by S.B.O.E. (Slow Bucks Over Everything), Vinny Cha$e and Kid Art (Cheers Club), with Dave East and Weekend Money, at the legendary SOB’s venue in New York City. Stepping onto the Who’s Next stage is S.B.O.E., a Queens based Hip Hop collective that recently signed with epic records. S.B.O.E. is well known for their Slow Bucks urban clothing brand, as well as their All We Got Is Us 2 mixtape. S.B.O.E.’s latest video, “LITT”, off of All We Got Is Us 2, features Fabolous and Meek Mill. Check it out here (HotNewHipHop.com, Oct. 2013).

Harlem’s very own Vinny Cha$e will also be hitting the stage. This New York native began his career shooting music videos for Hip Hop artists such as Lil Wayne and Cam’ron. In 2011, Vinny Cha$e moved from behind the scenes to in front of a crowd when he collaborated with longtime friends Kid Art and Cartier Court to create Cheers Club. Three years later, Vinny Cha$e has released several mixtapes including his most recent, Kings Landing. Joining Cha$e will be Cheers Club’s co-founder, creative director, and main producer, Kid Art. Kid Art is recognized for his part in Cheers Club, and has played a major role in producing Vinny Cha$e’s music. Kid Art is gearing up for his soon-to-be released mixtape, $pielberg, the Motion Picture Rapper. Check out Kid Art’s feature on Vinny Cha$e’s “Harlem Roses”.

Dave East, an emerging artist from Harlem, will also take the stage. His latest project, Black Rose, drops on May 2nd. His music is regularly featured on HOT 97, Shade 45, and Sirius’ Hip Hop Nation. Up-and-coming NYC Hip Hop duo, Weekend Money, will also perform a contagious blend of underground Hip Hop tracks from their latest EP, Naked City. You won’t want to miss it!
