Triton Media Group, LLC, the leading independent radio network operator and the largest supplier of digital products and services to local media brand s, announced today the re-alignment of its business units in order to optimize services.
In making the announcement, Neal Schore, President and CEO of Triton Media Group commented, “In November of 2007 we brought Triton’s digital product suite together with Excelsior’s Dial Global and MJI Interactive divisions to form one of the largest network radio and digital media advertising platforms in the United States. Today we are taking that one step further by aligning our company for the future.” Effective immediately Triton has created two distinct operating units; Triton Digital Media and Triton Radio Networks.
The formation of Triton Digital Media combines the assets and affiliations of MJI Interactive with the collective power of Triton’s digital suite. The newly combined Triton Digital Media launches with over 2500 radio station affiliations across all applications, services and content. Triton Digital Media will consist of two divisions; MJI Interactive and Triton Digital Distribution. “We are extremely proud and excited to officially launch Triton Digital” stated Mike Agovino, Triton Media Groups Chief Operating Officer. Agovino continues, “Margaret Shiverick, President of MJI Interactive, and her team have built a strong company with a tremendous digital product suite. We are thrilled to combine Margaret’s extensive knowledge and expertise within the digital space as she continues to lead MJI as a Triton Digital Company,” Triton Executive Vice Presidents, Billy Freund and Dominick Milano will lead Triton Digital Distribution.
