CHASE MURPHY ANNOUNCED JOINS MIX 96.5 AS PROGRAM DIRECTOR

rfocus.org HOUSTON, TX, February 6, 2017– CBS RADIO Houston today announced that has accepted the position of Program Director for Mix 96.5, KHMX-FM (Hot AC), effective today. As Program Director, Murphy will have day-to-day responsibilities for Mix 96.5 including digital and event creation. “Chase is a leader, a team builder, a talent coach and a builder of brands. He is the perfect fit for KHMX, a big brand with great heritage in the Houston market,” said Sarah Frazier, Senior Vice President, and Market Manager, CBS RADIO Houston.

Go Texans!” Murphy will join Mix 96.5 after stints at iHeart Media as an Operations Manager and Regional Program Director. He also spent time in Greenville with Entercom.
