CBS Radio Appoints Two New PD’s

Kenny Jay and Adam Sprenger, have been named Program Directors for CBS RADIO’s KMNB and KZJK in Minneapolis, respectively, it was announced today by Lauren MacLeash, Operations Manager for KMNB and KZJK/CBS RADIO Minneapolis. Their new roles are effective immediately.

KMNB – The NEW “BUZ’[email protected]” – is Minneapolis’ newest country station playing NEW. BUZN. Country. at 102.9 FM, streaming online at www.buzn1029.com and through the Radio.com app for mobile devices. KZJK – 104.1 Jack-FM – plays adult hits for Minneapolis, at 104.1FM, streaming online at www.1041jackfm.com and the Radio.com mobile app.

“Both Kenny Jay and Adam Sprenger have clearly revealed their programming acumen. It’s time to recognize their talent and award them the title they deserve and certainly earned – Program Director,” said MacLeash.

Kenny Jay had been in the Assistant Program Director role since he joined KMNB in December of 2012. Adam Sprenger has been with KZJK since it was launched in 2005, and served as APD since 2007.

KMNB-FM and KZJK-FM are owned and operated by CBS RADIO, one of the largest major-market radio operators in the United States. A division of CBS Corporation, CBS RADIO operates 126 radio stations, the majority of which are in the nation’s top 50 markets. CBS RADIO also owns and operates WCCO-AM in Minneapolis.
